Stressfreezone team…our story
Stress Free Zone was created in 2003 by a team of three women. When their paths crossed in the middle of Alentejo, the three of them had been in a deep change of professional and personal lifestyle. This emphasized and empowered them to create this space, where now, two decades later, art, technique, wisdom and love are integrated in order to bring you all the wellbeing you need, through massage treatments and body-mind therapy.
Stress Free Zone became a member of Casas Brancas in it’s early days and is co-founder of the Rota Vicentina. Serving to release stress in all meanings, for you, us and our surroundings.
